Savory Hot Pies original size are 4 inches by 6 inches, with the massive 3 oz of filling packed inside the pies. The Pie amasses to about 9oz of great pastry with delicious filling, enough to satisfy any hunger.
How To Bake
Baking Savory Hot Pies is easy as ... pie.
1) Preheat the oven to 400F
2) Apply egg-wash
Beat your egg white in a bowl, use the paint brush to apply a fair amount of egg-wash on top of the pie. If its cover the pie, it is good.
3) Put parchment paper or lightly grease aluminum foil on your baking sheet. Place pies on top and bake them 30-35 minutes.
4) When your pie crusts turn golden brown, the pies are ready. Let it cool down for 5 minutes. Time to enjoy!
